The Global Queens Leadership Awards 2026 recognises outstanding individuals and allies driving leadership, innovation, and community transformation locally and globally.

Closing Date for Nomination: 8th February 2026

Recognises individuals who have pioneered innovation and created new pathways in their field or community.
Nominees must demonstrate:

  • Original thinking or innovative contributions
  • Leadership that challenges norms or drives progress
  • Clear milestones or measurable outcomes
  • Influence that benefits others beyond personal achievement

Celebrates founders and business leaders demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurial performance.
Nominees must demonstrate:

  • Evidence of business growth, impact or scalable potential
  • Strong strategic, operational or creative leadership
  • Ethical business conduct and social value alignment
  • Contribution to economic empowerment, job creation, or community development

Honours individuals driving meaningful social change and community advancement.
Nominees must demonstrate:
Long-term dedication to community or social initiatives
Measurable impact (e.g., programmes delivered, people reached, change created)
Ability to build partnerships and mobilise resources
Positive influence on underserved or underrepresented communities.

Celebrates emerging changemakers already showing exceptional potential for future leadership.
Open to nominees aged 16–30.
Nominees must demonstrate:
Early achievement in leadership, enterprise, advocacy or creativity
Commitment to growth and/or community contribution
Resilience, ambition and a clear vision for ongoing impact
Ability to inspire and positively influence peers or audiences

Recognises individuals leading impactful initiatives, teams, or movements across borders.
Nominees must demonstrate:
Leadership of international teams or global initiatives
Cross-continental or cross-community influence
Contribution to global conversations, community change, or social advocacy
Commitment to inclusion, sustainability, equity or cultural advancement

Honours advocates and supporters who actively create opportunities and visibility for others, particularly through empowerment and inclusion.
Nominees must demonstrate:
Consistent and meaningful action in advocacy or support of others
Active contribution to equity, inclusion or empowerment initiatives
Influence that increases access, visibility, or opportunity for individuals or communities
Thought leadership, sponsorship, or community enablement

Celebrates young individuals whose actions, story, or contributions motivate others and drive emerging impact.
Open to nominees aged 12–21.
Nominees must demonstrate:
A personal journey or leadership example that inspires others
Engagement in advocacy, community action, creativity or peer leadership
Proven ability to influence and uplift young people or communities
Meaningful impact despite age, circumstance, or limited access to resources

The highest recognition, celebrating a nominee with extraordinary impact, authenticity, and cross-sector influence.
Nominees must demonstrate:
Inspirational, ethical and purpose-driven leadership
Significant long-term influence nationally or globally
Contribution to empowerment, community transformation or systemic change
A legacy of inspiring others and driving meaningful impact

General Nomination Eligibility

All nominees must:

  • Reflect the values of empowerment, leadership, community, inclusion and global impact
  • Provide supporting evidence of contribution where applicable (data, links, testimonials, portfolio, etc.)
  • Be willing to participate in post-award role-model or community engagements where feasible
  • Demonstrate positive influence that spans beyond personal recognition

Nominations will be reviewed for fairness, credibility, and alignment with organisational values. Final selections are subject to a structured judging process, supported by an independent scoring framework.
