Magda has been a strong advocate for women supporting themselves in their personal and professional journeys. 

Magda led the setup of the Women’s Employee Network at Avanade UK and Ireland back in 2019 and saw to the growth of the community of the years with impactful activities and initiatives. 

After the successful growth to nearly 200 active members within  the company, Magda was given the opportunity to replicate the success story for the entire Europe and the Middle East Region for the Avanade.

So in 2023, Magda again led the setup of the Europe and Middle East Chapter of the Women’s Employee Network in Avanade which will leverage the knowledge, success and leadership to help create a strong female network across the region. 

Externally, Magda has been an ambassador and a role model for the Tech Talent Charter, Doing it Anyway Campaign which focuses on encouraging more women into Tech and Into Leadership.
WIth her passion for Tech and Leadership, Magda was awarded the TechWomen100 Awards in 2022 and was nominated and shortlisted for the Black Tech Achievements Award, ‘Employee of the Year 2023’ and also the ‘Most Influential Women in Tech Longlist for 2023’
